Real-time emotional support via Zoom or by phone during your pet's euthanasia appointment, whichever you prefer. I am not in the room for the medical procedure. I am there for you, as a calm and steady presence while you say goodbye.

A six-week structured group for people who have lost an animal companion. Eight participants maximum, meeting weekly for 90 minutes on Zoom. Each session has a shape: time to share, a short grief education piece, and a guided practice to carry into the week ahead.
